Hello, my name is Dan Bullis. I am the Pastor of Worship and Fine Arts. My wife Jeni and I have been married 22 years, and have two sons, Nathan and Sam.
I was born in Oregon and raised in Salem, and attended Peoples Church with my family through my Jr. High, High School and college years (1978-91). After graduating from McKay High School, I attended Chemeketa Community College and ultimately graduated from Willamette University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. I taught choral music in the area public schools for three years before becoming the worship pastor at Church on the Hill in south Salem, where I spent six years on staff.
I enjoy staying busy with building projects around the house, baking bread for family and guests, Saturday walking and talking with Jeni, and super hero shows with the boys. Our family enjoys trips to the beach or camping trips in the summer.
I have been a worship leader for over 25 years, and I am blessed to serve here at the Peoples Church, my hometown, and in the church where my love for music and worship began.
Hello, my name is Rob Bennett. I was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. My wife Stephanie and I have been married since 2014 and have three young children, Ethan, Judah, and Kayleigh.
Stephanie and I over the years have served in youth, young adults, and various other ministries. We have a heart for missions, having lead or been part of several missions trips. Prior to coming on staff, we served as Lead Campus Pastors at a sister church in Oregon. I currently lead the Children’s Ministries at Peoples Church. Stephanie and I are Seattle Seahawks fans, we love spending time with family and friends, coffee and traveling. I have a Bachelor’s in History from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, have done additional ministerial studies with Global University and I am ordained with the Assemblies of God.
Stephanie and I love serving the kids of Peoples Church and our community, to fulfill the mission of Peoples Church “To know Christ and make Him known.”
Hello, My name is Stephanie Bennett. I was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon. I serve alongside my husband Rob in our PC Kids ministry to children. Rob and I have been married since 2014 and have three young children Ethan, Judah, and Kayleigh.
I graduated from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon with a degree in Bible/Theology and Educational Ministries and licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. I oversee the early childhood ministry and Girl’s ministries department.
I have a desire to see all children raised with a passion for the Lord. I have a big heart for missions and have traveled overseas on several medical mission trips. I love to spend time with my family, reading books, working in the yard, and enjoying the outdoors.
Hello, my name is Kristina Chira. I oversee the youngest of our church family, from nursery through Kindergarten. From as far back as I can remember, I always had the desire to be a teacher. I studied early childhood development in college and spent time working with children in as many avenues as possible. I completed my biblical studies at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas before becoming certified with the Assemblies of God.
I was born and raised in Russia before emigrating to the United States. My husband, Yuriy, is an executive chef and restaurateur. We have three beautiful children, David, Sophia and Samuel.
Hello, my name is Bill Bates. My wife Becca and I moved to Salem in 2018 after over 40 years of ministry in Washington as both associate and lead pastors. So, my role here at Peoples Church as Pastor of Pastoral Care is a natural fit, having done it almost all of my life. We are the proud parents of five children (all in full-time ministry in Oregon, California and Texas) and five grandchildren.
I received my education from Northwest University with a BA in Biblical Studies in 1975 and then obtained a DMin from Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry in 1999. I have been privileged to travel to over 20 countries in ministry and operated a ministry school that had 94 graduates with many of them currently in full-time ministry.
As a couple we love to visit our grandchildren, explore the Northwest, and enjoy various eating establishments. My wife Becca is a part-time employee of Edward Jones. I enjoy doing just about anything that gets me outdoors, which includes hunting and fishing, golfing and hiking, and just recently, skydiving!

I served for 22 years as chairman of the Finance Committee for the Oregon Ministry Network.
Hello, my name is Spencer Clements. I was born in Bend, Oregon, but raised in Salem and the Silverton area. I have attended Peoples Church with my family since I was one year old. After graduating from Silverton High School in 2018, I attended George Fox University, playing football until receiving a career ending injury. I graduated in the spring of 2021 with a bachelors degree in marketing with a minor in finance. I am currently pursuing a 2nd 4-year bachelors degree from Global University in Bible and Theology.
My wife Korri is an employee of Peoples Church, serving in communications and creative media. In addition, she owns a wedding planning/event coordinating company with her two best friends called Have & Hold.
Together, we love serving the Lord and have a heart to see the next generation fulfill the call of God on their Lives. We are passionate about discipling students and winning lost kids to Christ.
My name is Kiera Witmeyer, and I was born and raised in the beautiful Redmond, Oregon. In 2018, I moved to Albany, Oregon, transferred to Northwest University Oregon, and became a youth ministry intern at Hope Church of the Assemblies of God. During summer 2020, I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry Leadership. Soon after, I started my Master’s in Biblical and Theological Studies at Western Seminary, where I am still pursuing my degree. I served with Hope Church’s youth team for about 4 years, up until joining Peoples Church’s youth team in April 2022.
I love serving teenagers and doing life alongside them; they are such a fun group! My desire is for them to experience a deep and personal encounter with God and life-transformation through His power and Word.
I enjoy spending time with friends and exploring new things together! I also love to relax by sitting at a coffee shop, listening to music, and reading a book!
Hello, my name is Hans Moeller. I am a lifelong Oregonian; I grew up in Hebo, Oregon, before moving to Salem to attend bible college. I was born six days after my parents became Hebo Christian Center’s lead pastors, so I grew up in the church. I have served here at Peoples in nearly every ministry since first attending in 2012. After a long journey, I am graduating in December with my BA in Ministry Leadership from Northwest University, then moving on to pursue my MA in Biblical Studies and Theology from Northwest University.
My wife, Carissa Moeller, grew up here in Peoples Church, where we met in 2013. She currently works as a physical therapy aide at Silverton PT Northwest. In April of 2022, we welcomed our first child, Daniel.
I am deeply passionate about seeing the Church reach people where they are, whether overseas or in their living room. I believe that the Church is the vehicle through which God has chosen to bring the Gospel to the world and I’m excited to take part in this work.
